What we collect
Application and contact details, city and country, languages, occupation and interests, answers about your possible contribution and current community needs, and consents. Your draft is saved in your browser until submission. A technical session identifier and a one-way connection-address code protect the form; the address itself is not stored with the application. After approval, a private profile stores first and last name, email, city, country and languages. On first sign-in using the approved email, it is linked to the verified Supabase Auth identifier. Supabase processes email and authentication data; sign-in uses a one-time email code. Kind Coins records include activity requests, administrator decisions and credit/debit history. These records are visible to the member and administrator, not to other members.
Why we use it
To review applications, contact applicants, manage membership and events, protect the community, and maintain and improve the site.
Who receives it
Full answers are stored on Cloudflare and are accessible only to an authorised NFP administrator. Once email notifications are connected, Resend sends only the application reference, receipt time and a link to the private list to the administrator’s email. Application answers and applicant contact details are not included in these notifications. We do not publish contact details or sell applicant data.
Publication
Member profiles are published only with separate consent and only in the chosen fields. Surnames, email addresses, telephone numbers and messenger contacts are not published.
Retention
Declined and waitlisted applications are kept for a limited operational period and then deleted or anonymised unless there is a legal or operational reason to keep them longer. Accepted members’ records are kept during membership and for the necessary period afterwards.

International services
If hosting, email or analytics providers process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we disclose the provider and safeguards where required.
